MEET OUR FOUNDER: RACHEL Lynne BURNS

Rachel is a public relations, branding, marketing and communications professional with over SEVENTEEN years experience working in beauty, wellness and lifestyle.

Prior to launching RLJPR, Rachel began her career at Daily Candy, Dan Klores Communications and was an Account Director at Entertainment Fusion Group and Michael Rogers PR where she led the beauty division in both roles. Rachel oversaw marketing initiatives at international skincare brand, iS Clinical and was Director of Communications at Swiss skincare line Alchimie Forever in Washington, DC. Media coverage spans top tier broadcast, print and digital including: Today Show, New York Times, Wall street journal, Forbes, Fast Company, Vogue, Allure, InStyle, and more.

in 2025 following the birth of rachel’s second child she was inspired to launch the mothership, a collective dedicated to fostering self-care for mothers. the mothership redefines self-care through intentional events, transformative experiences and meaningful relationships that support the well-being of women and mothers.
